Rochdale area ( for a pal of mine )

Trying to help a mate out here,
A retired guy plays Banjo Guitar Mandolin and some woodwind
Looking for player(s).for Jamming .Recording and the odd gig here and there locally to Rochdale on relaxed basis he has many years experience playing live and doing stuff Anyone interested please message me on the rob martin band Facebook page so I can pass on to him

A guy I work with would be ideal for this but sadly he's too far away. Thinks he's from St Helens. He's on his hols atm but I will mention it to him.

He is a really keen picker and for years he's been going to bluegrass festivals all over the UK just to jam with other folk.

I'll get back to you Rob if he's interested.

Hi Rob

not sure how up to date this search engine is but worth a try (you can change the region).


Also, I know there's a big bluegrass scene around Runcorn (teacher called Stuart Williams - really nice guy). He has contacts all over the north-west.
