The NWB Spirit is still Alive and Kicking....

The Lazzy Band

I've met loads of great people associated with the NWB scene over the last 10 or so years and although the site may be dying, the spirit certainly isn't.
I always keep an eye on the NWB Gig Guide for who's playing in my locality so when I've got a night off I can go see some old friends, or new ones.
I recently caught up with Tex's Hardcore Troubadours who get better every time I see them and last night I was forced to go for an Indian with some friends and suggested afterwards we pop into the local bar for a drink, knowing that my old pals The Lazzy Band were performing, at the Kash22 bar in Frodsham.
Excellent band who put a 'twist' on a lot of familiar, crowd pleasers and had the Locals dancing all night.
Cracking lads too who are always pleased to see fellow NWBers supporting their gigs.
I know a lot of the 'Old Guard' NWB gang are still out there playing and supporting the scene because it's what we do.....
So keep the NWB Spirit Alive....
All the best
Gary
