i once did a gig at the liverpool empire it was a competion in new musical express for the best local bands, it was a brilliant experience the dressing rooms had everybodys signatures beatles led zepp etc on the walls, the competition was that fierce that other bands were believe it or not cutting plugs off other bands equipment, cutting guitar strings and pouring water into other bands amps, we didnt win but we came a not too unrespectable 4th, anybody else had similar experiences ?

when I was in a school band, we played in the paisley arts theatre with 3 other bands. We were 2nd on the bill and were playing a blinder until one of the headline band members unplugged our bass players amp halfway through the set.

So Paul kindly thanked the guy by pissing on his amp during their set lol
