Was there ever an answer to the message issues on this site? I have no messages saved, everything is empty, but someone sent me two tonight and I can not open them. I can't even see who they are from. I have tried three different browsers too.

I was asking the other week & never got an answer - the message wasn't appearing in the 'Messages' section, although I did receive the email notification!?! From the email notification I could see who it was from, turned out to be some pub spamming everyone about an open mic night or sommat.

But the answer to your question is no, there hasn't been any response as yet.

I didn't get any email notification, but t saw a notice I had a message. Couldn't open it, couldn't see who it was from so I deleted. A few hours late there was another one.
