My last gig with LA and what a belter.....

So I came to the end of my time with LA last night with my last gig at the Weavers in Shaw.

LA go on with a more than compitent replacement in Mick. He fits really well and they will be back in February I'm sure.

What a ride the last few years have been for me. I just wish I could take the whole band with me to Oz. I've loved every minute of it.

The last few gigs for us have got better and better and last night was no exception. Brilliant crowd, great atmosphere and a fitting send off for me back at the place we played our first proper gig.

I wanted to publicly thank Dave, Phil, Andy and Jez for becoming good friends as well as band mates. Good luck in 2012 fellas, I will be jealously watching from a distance.

Merry Christmas to you all and a very happy and noisy New Year.

KEEP MUSIC LIVE

Alan

It's been a pleasure Al - certainly come a long way since discussing ideas in the Blue Bell 2 years ago!!!

Worked out great that the last 2 gigs were blinders as well!

Looking forward to seeing footage of the Australian Lie Ability on youtube - hope you get a good version of me !!!
