a great success

Me & Tony went to watch Troopaid this afternoon, it was great to see so many old and new faces, Marc from Vankwish was running the P.A, and he did a great job, amongst some of the musos we met that went to support a very worthy cause engineered by Stixy was, Paul aka Shenks, Wagontown Terry, Waiting to join a new band, Justin from the rockits and Prophercy, Rick and Anne 45s, Pete from Sabre, John and Liz from Spur, the bands who provided a great day of entertainment were, 8 rounds rapid, Total Eclipse, Voodoo Cartel, Nosebleed Sam, reload, the event raised more than £700, and a great day was had by all concerned, well done Stixy, (the amount raised so far for troopaid is more than £7,000)

Well done to all those people involved, you did yourselves proud for an amazing cause.
Also a cracking day out and as Carole said, a good day out for NW bands peeps.. It was good to put some faces to the names I talk to on here.

glad we made the effort to get to this event, even won a bottle of champers.
no doubt the misus will know what to do with that.
hello Tony from the comment above, and we will see how stixy
summerizes the event when he returns today from the land of nod.
